Our Policies

Every workplace in Australia, including the sites of functions and exhibitions, must comply with Occupational Health & Safety Laws. At Diversified Exhibitions Australia, we fully support these laws because they are an essential part of ensuring that our events are safe and enjoyable for both exhibitors and visitors. We also have additional policies that further maximise the event experience. Naturally, we expect all prospective exhibitors to agree to these policies before being accepted for any event we stage.

Occupational Health & Safety Exhibitor Policy

To make sure your exhibit meets the Occupational Health & Safety standards for the event, it is essential that you read the Occupational Health & Safety Policy summary included below. You can also download the full Occupational Health & Safety Exhibitor Policy ›

Remember, if your exhibit fails to meet the policy requirements, you may need to make costly adjustments or possibly even dismantle the exhibit.

To make your task simpler, we have included a brief Occupational Health & Safety Checklist here. You should go through this checklist when you are planning the exhibit and again when you are constructing it. However, this is still only a checklist and you should still read the full policy.

This checklist includes all the basic Occupational Health & Safety points, as well as a list of important dos and don’ts.
